The Folks Hotel Konepaja is surrounded by many interesting restaurants, the closest of which is our own ambient restaurant and wine bar, Albina, on the  ground floor of the hotel.

On the ground floor is our ambient dinner restaurant and wine bar, Albina, run by the chef Teemu Aura, sommelier Antti Paasonen and restaurateur Riku Stenros. In Albina, we only serve the best our nature has to offer. We embrace local and sustainable ingredients, and all meals are prepared with love and served with kindness.

Alexis rooftop bar

Artisan cocktails, an exciting wine list, and local beers. Alexis is a cozy rooftop bar in the middle of the winter garden, a part of Albina. During summer, the sunniest terrace in town opens up around the bar, naturally, with the best boogie. 

Common Kitchen

In Common Kitchen you can enjoy a peaceful evening, just your group of people cooking and listening to your own, favorite music. 
Our hotel’s common kitchen is for those nights that our valued guests feel like cooking themselves. The common kitchen is equipped with Smeg’s appliances, Fiskars’ utensils, and Bang & Olufsen’s Bluetooth speakers. The kitchen can be booked also for private events. 


Breakfast is being served at our Albina restaurant. We serve a healthy, delicious breakfast, our focus being on local ingredients and organic products. Naturally, various food restrictions and special diets have been taken into a consideration. All the bread, pastries, and croissants are fresh, daily prepared, and delivered to us from Patisserie Teemu Aura’s bakery.


The LoungeBar at the hotel’s reception offers snacks for smaller hunger, for example wraps and salads also to take away. Drinks are available to suit all tastes, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. Ask for drink recommendations for our delicious tapas and cheese platters.
