Old Office the oldest building in Pasila Konepaja area. Konttori, designed by Bruno F. Granholm was completed in 1901. 19 new premium hotel rooms have been renovated into VR’s (National Railways) old office building. Restored ceiling paintings from the 1950s, wide window frames, and high ceilings radiate the history of the golden ages of Konepaja.

Vanha Konttori can be booked entirely for private use.

New Office

Accommodation up to 13 people.

The new office building was designed by Bertel Gripenberg & Co. and the building process was completed in 1981 and is now attached to the northern façade of the dining building. Uusi Konttori partially replaced Vanha Konttori and brought new, much wanted office space to Konepaja.

From the windows, you can see the Pasila train yard, Konepaja, and the Aleksis Kiven katu, all the way to Linnanmäki.

New Office is well suited for team building days, wellness weekends, or for example bachelor parties.

Cabinet Roastery

Cabinet Roastery has been decorated in cooperation with our collaborating partner, Meira. The space is equipped with high-quality remote meeting technology, suitable e.g. Teams and Skype for Business. Further, there is a wire-free projector and a drawing board in the cabinet.
Cabinet Roastery can be booked also for festive events.

Cabinet Konepaja

Yoga Space

In connection to our gym, there is a yoga space for stretching and relaxing. It can also be amended to meet the needs of activating meetings. The space is also equipped with high-quality remote meeting technology along with a drawing board.

Corner Office

up to 6 people

size of the space: 26 m²

There are two separate, home-like conference rooms with kitchens in the Old Office. There are no beds in these offices.

Common Kitchen

size of the space: 30 m²

A peaceful evening with a group of friends, delicious food, and your favorite music? Our hotel’s common kitchen is for those nights our valued guests feel like cooking themselves. The common kitchen is equipped with Smeg’s appliances, Fiskar’s utensils, and Bang & Olufsen’s Bluetooth speakers. The kitchen can also be booked for private events.

Lounge

size of the space: 24 m²

Relaxing rocking chair or a comfy sofa, your favorite music, and a glass of wine. Our guests’ very own living area is situated right next to our hotel’s reception. Folks by Ville Leino, Bang & Olufsen’s Bluetooth speakers, and the red rock wall from 1920 altogether make the Lounge the signature space of our hotel.
The Lounge can be booked also for private events.
